"Shipping took longer than I was comfortable with"
The shipping experience was frustrating for me. The tracking updates were confusing, and once the delivery date passed, I started keeping an eye on everything just to make sure I had a record in case there was an issue. My package did eventually arrive, but it was late, and the whole process didn’t feel very reliable.

"Fun concept, but it felt a little cheap"
I was into the idea of The Escape Mail, getting a mystery-style game in the mail sounded fun and different, but once it arrived, I felt a bit let down.

The papers and envelopes were thinner than I expected, and the printing was very basic — not bad exactly, just kind of plain. Nothing showed up damaged or anything, but the overall presentation didn’t feel very special.

For a casual game night, it could still be okay, especially if you’re just looking for something quick to do, but for the price, I expected nicer materials and a more polished feel. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve the quality.

"The difficulty feels uneven"
Well... the puzzles are kind of all over the place difficulty-wise. Some feel way too easy, then suddenly one is frustratingly hard, so it’s hard to get into a good rhythm.

"Support was kinda frustrating"
I had to reach out to support and it was just annoying. They took forever to reply and when they did, it didn’t really answer what I was asking. Felt like they was just sending copy paste replies. I still never got a clear fix, so I just gave up eventually. Not a great experience at all.

"i mean, the idea sounded like..."
i mean, the idea sounded like it could be really fun, but the story never really pulled me in. The emails felt kind of flat, and I kept forgetting what was even happening. It just wasn’t very immersive for me

"The puzzles felt lazy"
I was hoping for something more creative, but the puzzles just felt kind of "lazy" to me. A lot of the clues came across as "cheap" rather than clever, so it ended up being more boring than fun
